Optional modules
Your base subscription runs the full workshop: repair orders, inspections, quotes, invoicing, and transactional customer messaging. Optional modules add capabilities on top. They are deliberate opt-ins, enabled from your organisation settings.
Marketing
Marketing lets you run customer campaigns beyond day-to-day operational messaging. It builds on your customer messaging, so customer messaging must be set up first.
Marketing traffic is commercially separate from your included transactional allowance.
AI SMS agent
The AI SMS agent replies to grouped customer conversations using your workshop's site number. It builds on Marketing, which in turn builds on customer messaging.
- It is opt-in. You choose to turn it on.
- It replies only within the scope of a grouped conversation.
- Money decisions stay with your team. The agent does not approve quotes or take payment on its own.
You stay in control
The AI agent handles conversation, not commitments. Quoting, approvals, and payment remain a person's decision.
Accounting (Xero or MYOB)
The accounting module connects Openhood to Xero or MYOB. It is set to None by default; you connect a provider when you are ready.
A bridge, not your books
Accounting is a one-way bridge that pushes invoices and related records to your accounting provider. Your provider stays your book of record. Openhood does not replace it.
Stock Control
Stock Control is coming soon. You will see it listed alongside the other modules, but it cannot be enabled yet.
The toggle stays off until commercial enablement ships. When Stock Control does arrive, turning it on or off will preserve any existing data.
