Create your workshop

Setting up takes a few minutes. Onboarding walks you through each step and you can stop and come back any time.

  1. Sign up and create your organisation. This is your workshop and your billing account.
  2. Tell Openhood how many active bays you run. Pricing is based on your bays, shown before you commit.
  3. Add your payment details. You start on a trial, and you can see the subscription before a number is provisioned.
  4. Add your workshop details and set up customer messaging for your first site.
  5. Finish at Bookings, ready to take your first vehicle in.

You do not have to complete everything at once. Openhood keeps your progress and shows what is left whenever you return.

You can invite your team later

Add service advisors, technicians, and detailers from Settings once you are set up. Each person signs in with their own account.

What you get

Once your organisation exists, your dashboard shows live work as it moves through the workshop. Repair orders carry a status the whole team can see at a glance:
